I lead a design team to support the fundamental understanding of how our UX organization works, help develop their personal and UX practitioner goals and bridge how our design initiatives tie to business strategy. Together we create user experiences that are usable, useful, and enjoyable in a highly collaborative team-based environment. I work directly with product managers, developers, users/customers, and stakeholders to define, design, and ship products and services. I help foster a user-centered approach and guide product decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops.

I led a team that maintained our internal design system and web style guides and implemented new design patterns across all agile scrum teams.
